Spring, Summer & Fall (April 4 - November 20)
A 5% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due just 2 days prior to arrival, at which time the stay is non-refundable.
Winter (November 21 - April 3)
A 5% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable. *If a booking includes any nights between December 19, and January 1 - final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date at which time the entire stay is non-refundable, regardless of the arrival date.
