Standard Rate – Non-Holiday Dates
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 35 days prior to arrival. If cancelled before the final payment deadline, payments are refundable less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total reservation value. Beginning 35 days prior to arrival, the entire reservation is non-refundable.
Standard Rate – Holiday (December 20 – January 1)
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. If cancelled before the final payment deadline, payments are refundable less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total reservation value. Beginning 90 days prior to arrival, the entire reservation is non-refundable.
Flexible Rate – All Dates
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due according to the Standard Rate schedule above. The first $50,000 of the reservation is fully refundable until 7 days prior to arrival, including the Flexible Rate premium. Any portion of the reservation above $50,000 is subject to the Standard Rate cancellation terms. Beginning 7 days prior to arrival, the entire reservation is non-refundable.
48-Hour Grace Period
A 48-hour grace period applies to all reservations booked at least 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 7 days of arrival are immediately non-refundable.
